About the Role 

Are you a process guru? We’re looking for someone who is solution-minded, creative, detail-obsessed, and collaborative to join our Client Operations team. We like to think of our Client Operations team as our in-house project managers. You will support our operations team behind the scenes to help execute and deliver outfitting programs for our clients across their e-commerce and in-store experiences. You will communicate and work closely with the other cross-functional teams as well (like product, engineering and account management), so dependability is a must. As a bonus, the work you do has a real impact on the retail industry and will be seen by tens of millions of people daily!

This role will be on a 12 month contract with the possibility of extending to a full-time contract dependent on performance and business need.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver an exceptional level of program support and contract execution for clients
  • Oversee style attribution of items to support outfitting programs
  • Support internal taxonomy updates with your Operations Team
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Styling, Image Editing, and Account Management teams to define and meet client requirements
  • Execute image editing tasks and oversee quality and delivery for clients
  • Maintain a level of excellence across process, documentation, organization, requirement-gathering, and delivery
  • Receive, prioritize, and complete client requests within a timely manner and follow through with the appropriate team members to communicate next steps

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in English 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 0-2 years of experience supporting clients or within operations
  • Ability to lead projects with detailed requirements and meet tight deadlines
  • Multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Solution-oriented and analytics-minded
  • Someone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience within fashion or retail a plus

Salary

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The base compensation amount for this role is targeted at 625,260 MKD annually (gross). Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
