Proposal Program Manager

The Operations Program Management team works across all other teams to enable Intapp's growth and business success. We drive process improvements, develop data-driven insights and decision making, and program manage high impact cross-functional projects. We act as a “special projects team” that tackles and solves any mission-critical problem or initiative that will most enable Intapp to grow. Ultimately, we are a team of curious, humble, and analytically-minded individuals with a bias toward action and impact.

The Proposal Program Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a best-in-class RFP, RFI, RFQ, and customer questionnaire response program in support of Intapp’s Global Sales & Services organizations. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts in gathering and disseminating critical company data to ensure timely and compelling responses that align with Intapp’s strategy, compliance requirements and policies.

What you will do:

  • Provide Pre-Sales internal support & guidance to Sales leaders on responding to clients request for proposals and questionnaires
  • Build and refine processes to streamline our execution on proposals; introduce best practices to optimize proposal development
  • Own the content that drives our RFP responses by creating, organizing, and maintaining a comprehensive library of collateral and materials
  • Develop and maintain a library of RFP templates and responses to streamline future projects
  • Collaborate with sales, services, product, legal, finance, and security gathering relevant information to enhance the company's competitive edge in the market
  • Work with IT in defining and building RFP management solutions to enrich and refine proposal content, ensuring its development and enhancement
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) report to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Report to Management on trend, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement

What you will need:

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent:

  • 5+ years proposal management or sales support experience in the technology industry
  • Experience with RFP tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.) and Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and compelling content
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and problem solve across multiple systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
