A day in the life.

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, your day is centered around facilitating smooth project management for data warehouse implementations. You begin by evaluating client needs and developing project timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on expectations. Throughout the day, you maintain open lines of communication with data warehouse vendors, internal team members, and external clients, acting as a vital liaison.

You will update project management tools like Excel and SmartSheet to track progress and document all project-related information. Organizing files and maintaining project documents is essential to ensure everyone has access to the latest information. Coordinating with vendors and internal teams is a key part of your role, as you work together to set clear project expectations and timelines.

Regular status updates are sent to both internal team members and clients, keeping everyone informed of progress and any potential issues. In addition to these responsibilities, you will handle daily administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly. Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and clients is crucial, fostering collaboration and trust throughout the implementation process.

Overall, your role as a Client Onboarding Specialist is dynamic and collaborative, requiring strong communication skills and keen attention to detail to ensure successful project outcomes.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with focus on Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skill
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree and knowledge/experience in insurance or managed care industry preferred
  • Two years related experience in an administrative and/or project management environment preferred
