The Client Marketing Manager leads marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, driving engagement through tailored campaigns and cross-functional collaboration while managing client relationships and budgets.
We're seeking a proactive and strategic Client Marketing Manager to join our Partner Marketing team on Consumer Marketing. In this role, you'll serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for a portfolio of clients—partnering with Client Success and internal content strategists to consult our strategic clients to adopt our consumer marketing best practices that deliver engagement to meet our shared program goals and translate client goals into tailored marketing strategies and engagement campaigns. You will own execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our clients see measurable impact from their investment.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and client-facing confidence. You’ll play a critical role in driving member engagement and helping drive member engagement to our clients to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define and align on client marketing goals in partnership with internal Client Success and content strategists, grounded in business priorities, engagement history, and market opportunities.
- Translate client goals into scalable campaign strategies—leveraging data, audience insights, and client knowledge to shape high-impact, measurable engagement plans.
- Influence cross-functional teams (Growth Marketing, Content Strategy, and others) to develop and execute campaign programs that reflect client needs and drive performance at scale.
- Drive client adoption of Included Health’s standard campaign programs and engagement playbooks, while supporting client-led initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle across a portfolio of clients—pitching concepts, securing approvals, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for clients—owning strategic communications, leading regular check-ins and business reviews, and proactively managing expectations.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across accounts; track key metrics, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve impact and efficiency.
- Deliver insightful reporting, including campaign wrap-ups and executive summaries, to highlight outcomes, learnings, and optimization recommendations.
- Manage client marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds in alignment with engagement strategies and ROI goals.
- Champion Included Health’s marketing best practices—creating scalable tools, case studies, and collateral to drive client adoption and maximize team efficiency.
- Actively contribute to innovation through internal ideation, A/B testing, and development of new campaign tactics to improve reach and engagement across clients.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, partner, or client-facing marketing roles, ideally within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business and client impact.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client goals into actionable engagement strategies.
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and make optimization recommendations based on measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills; confident in developing and delivering content to clients and internal stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
- Excellent client management and interpersonal skills; able to build trust, influence decisions, and manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies to support campaign personalization and performance.
- Strong project management skills, with a history of successfully leading cross-functional execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proficient in marketing and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Looker, marketing automation platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt in a dynamic environment, and drive progress without constant oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $89,580 - $116,460 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $98,538 - $128,106 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $107,496 - $139,752 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $116,454 - $151,398 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
