As a Client Integration Specialist (CIS) on the Neighborly Customer Solutions team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Serve as a guide to new owners through initial onboarding and training including, but not limited to, software, brand standards, sales, and customer service processes.

  • Ensure all internal and external set up and testing is completed successfully for starting service.  This includes, but is not limited to, sending through a successful example of a scheduled appointment, testing phone lines, submitting notifications and testing AI commands and responses, determining cadence for channel and implementation of AI solution.

  • Ability to ensure phone lines are configured properly for use of call center and AI simultaneously.

  • Have a deep understanding of solutions available in our call center application and AI application and how those apply to each brand and franchise office uniquely.

  • Understand and articulate how a brand’s marketing lines, AI, point of sale, and calendar work in conjunction with CaN.

  • Assist in determining the franchise owner’s needs for a successful selling and / or scheduling solution.

  • Act as a key facilitator for the introduction and training of new CaN and AI features and solutions, ensuring a smooth adoption by franchise owners.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) plus years of relevant business, industry, or system experience, which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities, is required.

  • Extensive knowledge of standard software including, but not limited to, Adobe, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Skills:

    • Characteristics required to thrive in this role: task oriented, detail oriented, process driven, relational, possesses poise, comfortable presenting

    • Ability to make decisions or recommendations for changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs, then executing against that

    • Business Acumen

    • Ability to hold people accountable

    • Outstanding communication skills

    • Mastery of MS Office

    • Problem solving

    • Sense of humor

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Remote or Hybrid (Waco, TX)
