Reporting to the Sr. Program Managers, Client Experience, the Client Experience Intern will be responsible for working on cross-department projects that focus on client engagement initiatives. 

 
An ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively support efforts that unify the client experience across departments and apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions. 
 

What you’ll do: 

  • Coordinate with marketing on creation and design for client event materials 

  • Participate in client event wrap up and brainstorming for future events 

  • Report on event attendees’ engagement with post-event materials 

  • Assist in moderating DealCloud Community, including but not limited to reporting on items that need attention or follow up 

  • Report and review analytics on DealCloud Community usage, and recommend actions to help increase engagement 

  • Work alongside R&D Ops to report and analyze usage data, then identify Pendo guides that will help to increase usage 

  • Analyze existing usage data and identify targeted Pendo guides for different segments of clients 

  • Continue to edit and advance the CX department SharePoint site   

  • Other duties as assigned 
     

What you will need: 

  • Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing your Bachelor’s degree 

  • Interest in strategy, consulting, CX, and CSAT within a SaaS company 

  • Able to comfortably dive into any area of the business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate decisions based on changing priorities 

  • Interest in business process optimization, change management, and client relationship management 

  • Analytical/quantitative skills and process-oriented mindset 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

What to Expect:  

  • Our Summer 2026 Internship Program begins June 1, 2026, and is projected to end August 7, 2026 

  • Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.  

  • Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
