In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements that align with business objectives and senior leader priorities
- Ensure consistency across all engagements, including client experience, messaging, governance, and execution standards
- Partner with key stakeholders to define engagement objectives, success metrics, and strategic outcomes
- Identify new engagement opportunities that provide differentiated, high-impact client experiences
- Prepare senior leaders with executive briefings and engagement logistics
- Collaborate with communications, marketing, and event management teams to deliver an integrated engagement and maximize impact
- Direct the tracking and management of client nominations, invitations, and registration data
- Guide content development efforts across engagements, sharing best practices, contributing ideas, and coordinating key contributors to create compelling, thought-provoking content
- Produce post-event reporting with actionable insights to measure engagement effectiveness and inform future strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of geographically dispersed professionals
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
- Experience managing high-visibility client engagement initiatives with tight deadlines
- Experience delivering client-facing engagements including C-suite events and industry conferences
- Experience managing project budgets, developing forecasts, and analyzing variances
- Experience preparing executive-level briefing materials and synthesizing insights
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience leading, high-performing geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Ability to work nights and weekends if needed
