Job Description

The Client Development Executive will maintain client satisfaction, expand employer services within the assigned account territory supporting Government and Insurance industry clients through retention, growth and new business leads for Experian's Employer Services.

You will drive sales and provide superior customer experience. Customer interaction will be with Business Unit Leaders, Product users, VP and C-level contacts. You will thrive in a fast paced, result-oriented environment, creatively solve problems, think on your feet and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders.

  • Initiate client-facing sales efforts for current clients and new logos prospects to effectively understand client needs within an assigned territory. Consult with clients to construct solutions to meet those needs along with new logos pursuits to grow the portfolio and close deals.
  • Detailed business knowledge and experience in Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment Cost Management, Tax Credits and other HR Compliance services) sales or related industries.
  • Master understanding and articulate value proposition of all Experian Employer Services products to solve complex customer compliance and risk mitigation needs
  • Grow book of business through product cross sell / upsell and usage expansion
  • Facilitate and negotiate contract renewals and RFPs through the complete sales cycle
  • Pursue and contract new logo prospects through BDR and referral leads
  • Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with client executives to best position Experian Employer Services value
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and develop an understanding of client environments and processes to identify existing and potential applications for Experian products and services.
  • Partner with all appropriate Experian Employer Services departments throughout the sales cycle.
  • You will report to Sr Director, Client Development Verticals and Global Enterprise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years of proven Strategic-level sales
  • Experience in consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior level client relationships
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex situations, work strategically, and effectively solve problems
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to travel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
