As a Senior Power Platform CoE Solution Architect on our solutions delivery team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the technical development for projects advancing the digital transformation of critical government systems with true mission impact. Our delivery teams are driven to explore new ideas and technology, and care deeply about collaboration, feedback, and iteration. We follow agile practices, embrace DevSecOps standards to “automate-first”, use modern tech stacks, and constantly challenge each other to grow and improve.  
 
Technical members of our solutions teams require little guidance, but love to learn, collaborate, and solve problems. This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technology challenges. 

Role and Responsibilities:
 
Governance and Compliance: 
• Establishing and enforcing governance policies for Power Platform usage, including data security, access controls, and application lifecycle management.  
• Monitoring Power Platform environments for compliance with organizational standards and regulations.  
• Reviewing and approving new Power Platform applications before deployment.  
Administration and Support: 
• Managing Power Platform licenses, user permissions, and environment capacity.  
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to Power Platform applications and flows.  
• Providing technical support to Power Platform users across the organization.  
Nurturing Adoption and Training: 
• Developing and delivering training programs to empower citizen developers and business users to effectively utilize Power Platform tools.  
• Promoting a culture of innovation by encouraging the use of Power Platform for business process automation.  
• Organizing workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster community engagement.  
Solution Development and Architecture: 
• Designing and implementing reusable Power Platform components, templates, and best practices to streamline development.  
• Providing guidance on solution architecture, data integration, and performance optimization for Power Platform projects.  
Reporting and Analytics: 
• Creating dashboards and reports to track Power Platform usage, identify potential issues, and measure the impact of Power Platform solutions.  
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the Power Platform ecosystem.  
 
 
Required Skills 
A minimum of TS/SCI with CI polygraph
• A minimum of three (3) years developing Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps leveraging Power Automate 
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.  
• Expertise in Power Platform administration, including user management, environment configuration, and licensing.  
• Experience with data governance, security best practices, and compliance requirements.  
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.  
Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver effective presentations.  
Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.  
Practical development experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power BI 
Practical Azure service development experience including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, storage (Azure BLOB Storage and Azure SQL Databases),and Azure Pipelines 

 
Preferred Skills 
Experience implementing the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit 
Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and / or Dynamics 365 
Experience implementing Power Platform ALM using Pipelines for Power Platform, Azure Pipelines, and / or Azure DevOps
