Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Aligned Finance Analyst, Vice President to support the CIB Banking and Global Payment and Liquidity businesses. As part of the Banking and CRE Analytics team, this senior individual contributor will construct and deliver insightful and actionable analysis to senior leadership in support of client coverage strategy, market penetration, capital optimization, and general performance management across the platform. Additionally, the role will also partner with stakeholders across the CFO, COO, and other areas of the Data Insights & Analytics team to develop and optimize comprehensive reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead all client analytics efforts, including formalized account planning and associated client selection processes
- Drive the evolution and refinement of banker and line of business performance scorecards, architect and institutionalize key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success against past performance and future goals
- Support growth-oriented strategic business initiatives, including market/opportunity assessment and ongoing performance measurement reporting and analysis
- Define the vision and inform requirements for build-out and refinement of automated business intelligence dashboards that support a variety of needs across client, pipeline, market share, and other domains
- Drive efficiencies and automation by identifying process improvements, data quality and availability enhancements, and optimization of Wells Fargo India (WFI) team
- Anticipate evolving partner needs and proactively seek stakeholder feedback to develop a deeper understanding of business priorities and opportunities; step in where necessary to secure agreement or consensus
- Champion the business case for a data-driven organization by providing actionable, fact-based insight and analysis.
- Stay current on market and business trends; contribute thought leadership across the organization utilizing technical, business, and domain knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics and reporting, financial modeling, statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to manipulate and derive insights from large, complex client data sets with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-versed in client analytics concepts such as client hierarchies, coverage and client planning
- Experience with client and banker specific dashboards such as scorecards
- Knowledge and understanding of external market data such as Dealogic and Coalition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (i.e., advanced data modelling/analytics and creating presentations for executive management and other senior stakeholders)
- Solid understanding of the Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Global Payments businesses
- Experience working on teams with an offshore component
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Dexterity navigating a matrixed environment, including ability to build effective partnerships across various functional teams and levels of the organization
- Ability to automate and create repeatable/scalable operating and reporting processes with data integrity
- 5+ yrs Large Financial Institution Experience
