We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and development at Perspire.tv. The CTO will oversee the technical team, ensuring the platform’s scalability, security, and innovation. This role involves working closely with the Product Manager to align technology initiatives with business goals and manage the development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall technology strategy for Perspire.tv.
- Lead and manage the technical team, including developers and engineers.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform.
- Drive innovation and adopt new technologies to enhance the platform.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize features and improvements.
- Oversee the development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
