  • Support financial controls: payables, partner residuals, reconciliations.

  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting.

Special Projects

  • Lead scenario modeling for revenue, margins, and product expansion.

4. People, Culture & Internal Communications
  • Support culture-building and onboarding for a growing remote team.

  • Help maintain internal policies, accountability systems, and engagement.

5. CEO Partnership
  • Serve as the CEO’s strategic extension — handling high-impact tasks and follow-ups.

  • Prepare materials for board, bank, partner, and investor meetings.

  • Act as a sounding board and trusted advisor on major strategic decisions.

Requirements
  • 7–12 years of experience in finance, strategy, operations, or executive support (Fintech, Payments, SaaS, or high-growth startup experience preferred).

  • Strong grasp of financial statements, unit economics, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional execution and strategic initiatives.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.

  • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to drive multiple priorities at once.

  • Experience using or managing systems such as CRM (Zoho preferred), QuickBooks, and BI tools.

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across teams.

Benefits
