ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and drives key strategic initiatives on behalf of the SVP including, but not limited to global transformation, strategic reviews, long-term business planning, project management, operations, change initiatives, and communications.
Lead global coordination of the key initiatives to drive consistency of process and programs
Leads the rhythm of business; captures and disseminates key points and follow ups from strategy discussion, business reviews, staff meetings and operations meetings. Ensures the organization answers queries and meets all internal and external project milestones.
Research, advise and create content for the SVP on issues which include, but are not limited to: global transformation, global Initiatives, key strategic issues for NTT Global Data Centers, developing industry trends, and priorities for continuous improvement of NTT Global Data Centers
Responds to ad-hoc, time-sensitive requests for deliverables, often for audiences at headquarters, executive- or Board-level. Conducts targeted research to validate information in executive summaries and briefings.
Partner with key department leaders including, but not limited to the Executive Office, Transformation Management, Product, Sales, Marketing, IS, Critical Facilities Operations, HR & Legal, Construction, Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance and GRC.
Prepare content and materials for strategy discussions with leaders; assist in planning these meetings and events as needed to ensure the success and alignment of the department.
Captures and disseminates key points and follow ups from strategy discussion, business reviews, staff meetings and operations meetings
Provides corporate project management to key standardization initiatives in the short- to mid-term; provides critical communication amongst the GDC leadership teams as well as regional executive teams.
Conducts targeted research, validates information and develops executive summaries, presentations and briefings.
Oversees and directs work of others on departmental project creation, tracking & reporting
Oversees and directs work of others to ensure all executive briefings is delivered on schedule in an executive-level form
Acts as central point of contact for GID Departments on external projects impacting the departments

Ability to perform financial and qualitative data analysis and create clear and relevant information on current reporting and trends.
Must have unquestionable integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required.
10 years of experience in technology, datacenter or similar industries. Preference if experience with development.
Data analytics and presentation skills required.
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and work efficiently against tight deadlines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
WORK CONDITIONS
This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with the occasional need to be onsite in a shared work environment.
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
Willingness to travel globally for business as needed.
Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license and passport that will not expire within the next six months.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $150,000 - $251,600.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
