OVERVIEW:
Our Chief Creative Officer is looking for a Chief of Staff to drive collaboration and strategic priorities within SharkNinja across our global offices. This is a unique opportunity to work in an ever changing and dynamic Consumer Packaged Goods organization running point on a wide range of critical activities. You will need to have the presence, judgment, and capability to represent the Creative EVP in many capacities. In this highly visible role, it is equally important that you be a strong individual contributor as much as a team player. You must be able to work independently with global leaders across the organization to drive operational efficiencies and cross-collaboration efforts.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
  • Reporting directly to our Creative Executive, you will work with the Creative Leadership Team to support their Road Map projects, as well as aligning their actions and communications in support of agreed upon High Impact Initiatives goals.
  • Participate and contribute in project meetings across SharkNinja and Senior Creative Leadership team. Providing advice, extracting issues and providing critical feedback to Creative Executive on daily basis.
  • Lead or co-lead emerging initiatives with oversight from the Creative Executive, to help the Company achieve HII/Breakthrough and other key goals.
  • Identify ways to improve SharkNinja's operational workflow, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvement.
  • Excellent executive presence and judgment. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with all departments at SharkNinja, at varying levels.
  • Demonstrate collaborative leadership with cross-functional partners and drive key strategic initiatives
  • Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large; this could include research, new opportunity explorations, presentations and more.
  • Work closely with HR & Finance partners on creative workforce development & organizational design to ensure the Creative Executive has a high performing structure & ways of working.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
  • Strong desire to focus on analytical insights and answers to tough problems
  • Strong ability to take initiative and seek out ways to accelerate the Creative team's impact
  • Growth mindset: you seek out learning opportunities for yourself
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal guidance and cross functionally with various global teams
  • Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong Quantitative and analytical skills; including experience with query and data visualization tools
  • Willing to be both a strategic though leader for Creative and a strong executor who is in the details, ensuring outcomes
  • 10-12+ years of experience in creative / general consulting / business intelligence / strategy / high-growth operations or startup experience; CPG experience is a plus
  • Advanced degree; MBA preferred
