Chief Operating Officer

Tradeify Brokerage is the next evolution of the Tradeify ecosystem — a modern brokerage built for serious traders. Backed by Tradeify’s high-performance infrastructure and rapidly growing trader base, we are building a platform that combines execution, technology, and user experience into a seamless, scalable product.

This is not a traditional brokerage. We are rethinking how traders interact with markets by delivering speed, reliability, and an elite experience across futures, crypto, and beyond.

We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and scale the operational backbone of Tradeify Brokerage.

This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing all operational functions across the brokerage — including trade operations, client onboarding, compliance operations, vendor management, and customer support infrastructure.

You will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into execution, ensuring the brokerage operates efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.

This role requires a builder mindset. You will not be stepping into a fully mature system — you will be creating it.

Build and Scale Brokerage Operations

• Design and implement end-to-end operational infrastructure for a modern brokerage

• Establish scalable processes across trade lifecycle, client onboarding, funding, and withdrawals

• Ensure operational readiness for rapid growth across futures and crypto markets

Operational Strategy & Execution

• Translate company vision into operational frameworks, KPIs, and execution plans

• Build systems that support high-volume trading activity with speed and reliability

• Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize performance across all workflows

Regulatory & Compliance Operations

• Partner with Compliance and Legal leadership to ensure all operations meet regulatory standards (CFTC, NFA, SEC where applicable)

• Implement controls and processes that support a compliant, audit-ready organization

• Oversee operational risk management and escalation frameworks

Customer & Support Operations

• Build and scale a high-performance trader support function

• Ensure fast, accurate resolution of client issues across global markets

• Create systems for feedback loops between customers and product teams

Vendor & Infrastructure Management

• Manage relationships with clearing firms, liquidity providers, data vendors, and technology partners

• Ensure operational resilience across third-party dependencies

• Negotiate and optimize vendor contracts to support growth and cost efficiency

Leadership & Team Building

• Hire, develop, and lead high-performing operations teams across multiple functions

• Establish a culture of accountability, speed, and execution

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Growth

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within brokerage, fintech, trading platforms, or financial services

• Proven experience building and scaling operational infrastructure in a high-growth environment

• Deep understanding of brokerage operations, including trade lifecycle, clearing, and client onboarding

• Strong knowledge of regulatory environments (CFTC, NFA, SEC, or equivalent)

• Experience managing vendor ecosystems including clearing firms and market data providers

• Demonstrated ability to build teams and operational processes from the ground up

• Highly analytical with strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment

• Experience operating within CFD and/or futures brokerage environments (highly relevant to our product and trader base)

• Background in proprietary trading firms or high-frequency trading environments

• Experience scaling global operations across multiple time zones

• Familiarity with modern trading infrastructure, APIs, and real-time systems

• Build the operational foundation of a next-generation brokerage from the ground up

• Work directly with executive leadership on a high-impact, high-visibility mandate
