About the position 

Keyfactor is seeking a Solutions Engineer, Technology Alliances who will be responsible for the development & enablement of our Technology ISV & Alliances Partner Ecosystem.  This individual will support a cross-functional team that works with Keyfactor integration & alliances ecosystem.

You will work closely between the Technical Alliances team, Field Sales/SE, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Services and Support to help assess, enable, and support the technical needs of Keyfactor’s Partner Ecosystem.  If you’re a team player that understands how to translate technical requirements and partner questions to business value, you’ve found a home. 

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company in an expanding market and requires a strong balance of technical acumen, operational efficiency, and relationship skills. 

The position is based in the United States and can be performed remotely when necessary. Applicants must hold US citizen or US permanent resident status. 

Responsibilities 

  • Understand Keyfactor product platforms and communicate our value to Technology Alliance partners.
  • Provide product demos as needed in support of partner development.
  • Evaluate adjacent technology partners for potential partnership and how products provide a greater solution with technical joint value proposition.
  • Work with regional Alliance Directors, Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Readiness, & Solutions Engineering regarding partner opportunities as needed.
  • Engage with Regional Partner Technical sales teams to grow Keyfactor skills for partner teams.
  • Assist on prototyping potential integrations and translate back to Keyfactor product groups.
  • Advise leadership with building programs, training and enablement for partner ecosystem.

Skills and Qualifications 

  • 5+ years experience in solution engineering or integration development, and account management
  • Technical knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and Certificate Management products
  • General understanding of Cybersecurity requirements, solutions and products
  • Ability to translate technical aspects of Keyfactor Product Platforms to business outcomes for customers and partners
