About the Role
As the North America Channel Sales Manager, you will own and expand Novanta’s channel sales strategy across the U.S. and Canada. You will cultivate high-performance channel partnerships, optimize commercial coverage, and unlock new revenue opportunities across our Robotics & Automation (R&A) portfolio.
This is a strategic, relationship-driven role where you will shape partner performance, lead business planning, and drive profitable growth by enabling partners with world‑class technology.
What you will do:
  • Build and execute channel strategies to drive market share growth across the R&A portfolio.
  • Identify, assess, and onboard new channel partners while strengthening relationships with existing ones.
  • Develop joint business plans and quarterly reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Present R&A technologies to support partner success and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to generate high-quality leads and improve coverage.
  • Evaluate partner performance through scorecards and clear KPIs.
  • Drive data‑driven decision‑making using Salesforce and partner insights.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales for technical/industrial products.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue through partner ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial strategy capabilities.
  • Motion control, robotics, or automation experience preferred.
