DescriptionVerily is looking for a driven Director of Consultant Relations to build and scale our consultant channel. This role will shape how we engage with employee benefits consulting firms nationwide, deepening strategic partnerships and expanding Verily’s footprint in the digital metabolic health market.
In this role, you will define and lead our national consultant engagement strategy, manage senior-level relationships, and partner closely with commercial, product, and marketing teams. Your work will elevate Verily’s position with key consultants, accelerate employer adoption, and ensure market insights from the field inform both revenue strategy and long-term product direction.
ResponsibilitiesLead and grow senior-level relationships with top national consulting organizations, with clear ownership of strategic alignment, influence, and measurable business outcomes.
Develop and manage a targeted network of consultant partners across your territory, ensuring our solutions are consistently recommended to employer clients.
Create and deploy repeatable engagement programs that reach consultants through a mix of executive briefings, tailored outreach, product showcases, thought leadership, and both virtual and in-person events.
Drive consistent, high-quality education of consultant audiences nationwide by delivering persuasive presentations and resources that clearly articulate our clinical results, market differentiation, and value to employers.
Work in close partnership with Regional VPs and Enterprise Sales leaders to advance priority deals, address consultant-related challenges, and unlock growth within consultant-led employer accounts.
Minimum qualifications
5+ years experience in healthcare, health insurance, benefits consulting, broker/consultant networks, or channel partnerships sales or account management.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the manager and director levels. Proven track record of developing partner relationships, influencing channel engagement, and supporting partner-led growth.
A proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and resolve partnership friction points.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred qualifications
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s in Public Health (MPH).
Previous experience as a benefits consultant or in a consultant relations leadership role at a digital health company selling to self-insured employers
Established relationships with key consulting firms and industry thought leaders
Experience in weight management, metabolic health, diabetes prevention, or related digital therapeutics

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000 - $168,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
