As a Channel Marketing Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize sales through our distribution and partner channels. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with channel partners, developing joint marketing programs, and driving demand generation activities.

Your role will involve leading a team of channel marketing specialists, developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing plans, and managing relationships with key channel partners. With your expertise in market analysis, customer segmentation, and channel optimization, you will identify opportunities to expand market reach, increase customer acquisition, and drive overall business results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective leadership skills will be essential in driving the success of channel marketing initiatives. By effectively leading the channel marketing efforts, you will contribute to Honeywell's position as a global technology leader.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Define and manage regional channel strategy, including channel priorities, partner competitiveness, program structure, and execution to support commercial goals.
- Lead and execute the Channel Partner Program for the region/country, ensuring effective rollout and ongoing performance.
- Ensure channel partner footprint alignment with strategic plans and AOP objectives across verticals and business priorities; recommend and implement adjustments as needed.
- Drive continuous program improvement through competitive program analysis in partnership with regional commercial teams, maintaining preferred-partner positioning.
- Partner with channel marketing and LOB teams to deliver channel growth KPIs, including MDF usage and ROI, partner engagement and retention, and rebate program design.
- Generate and present channel insights using regional metrics and market data; represent regional partners in monthly channel reviews with business and functional leadership.
- Lead partner lifecycle initiatives, including annual tier alignment, program launches, adoption of digital tools (e.g., partner portal), and key channel marketing processes (MDF, promotions).
MUST HAVE
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations or excellence, preferably within channel-focused industries or companies
- SFDC experience (Salesforce)
- Microsoft package experience (Excel a must)

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- The ability to build influence executive leaders and build consensus across various functional groups
- Strong interest in driving commercial growth in complex business environments and large matrixed organizations.
- Experience working directly with or for Channel businesses or customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivation and self-management
