Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Channel Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across our key retail partners. We seek a driven, energetic, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This role will be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns, supporting product launches, and optimizing in-store and digital retail experiences to drive brand awareness and sales growth across select key retailers.
The ideal candidate can effectively multitask and take ownership of understanding consumer and retailer needs and opportunities, developing, executing, and analyzing initiatives that deliver measurable performance and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support key retailers, including in-store, digital, and omnichannel initiatives
- Own and drive retailer marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve sell-through growth and revenue goals
- Manage retail media activations with partners such as Walmart Media Connect, defining KPIs, pacing budgets, and analyzing ROAS and sell-through performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Brand Marketing, to tailor marketing efforts per retailer
- Manage and implement product launch support, ensuring timely execution of marketing assets, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
- Help partners put in place KPIs to measure marketing activities efficacy
- Own weekly reporting of retailer sell-through and marketing executions.
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned retail partners, ensuring strong relationships and alignment on business objectives.
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- A strong communicator and collaborator who works effectively across internal teams and external partners
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree required (communications or marketing preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or electronics industry
- Strong understanding of consumer products and emerging consumer technologies
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent project management skills
