Summary / Objective
The Channel Marketing Director will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and leading the execution of all channel marketing programs, including promotions, co-marketing campaigns, and registrar engagements. This role will drive significant revenue growth through the channel by empowering registrars to achieve success on B2B and co-marketing initiatives.
This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $175,000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there's an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.

What You'll Do:
Strategy
- Develop and implement the overarching channel marketing strategy, aligning with company-wide goals and revenue targets
- Act as the ultimate channel program subject matter expert and internal advocate for channel programs and partners, driving cross-functional alignment and support
- Elevate partner feedback to larger organizational conversations, providing strategic insight on channel marketing program effectiveness and influencing product and program roadmaps
- Present high-level campaign results, strategic insights, and future recommendations to internal executive audiences and key external partners
Content Marketing/Enablement
- Lead and manage the holistic channel marketing editorial calendar by working with channel stakeholders to balance content across product, product marketing, and thought leadership
- Oversee the production of high-impact resources to address complex partner needs, leveraging internal resources, contractors, and agency partners
CoMarketing
- Design and execute comprehensive campaigns for B2B2C comarketing programs, analyzing campaign performance and providing strategic recommendations for improvement and scaling
- Direct the deployment of partner-specific registry-led marketing programs in the channel for individual partners and at scale
Event Marketing
- Establish and execute our global event strategy spanning internet infrastructure and domain conferences including (but not limited to) ICANN, Namescon, and Cloudfest
- Ideate and manage our sponsorship plans, leveraging high touch activities to amplify the Identity Digital brand
- Identify thought leadership opportunities where Identity Digital employees can be featured on stage to elevate our product and policy initiatives
- Manage event agency partners ensuring they have the right direction to deliver on goals
Analysis
- Collaborate strategically with key partners to analyze data, optimize campaigns and programs, and scale successful activities across the channel
- Champion the effective use of internal tools and resources to help partners meet and exceed campaign goals
- Actively models and promotes Identity Digital's core values through day-to-day interactions, behaviors, and decision-making
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are / What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus
- 10+ years of progressive experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects with excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, strategically delegate tasks to contributors, and produce high-quality marketing deliverables on strategy and on deadline
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities with excellent follow-through
- Expertise in sourcing and using data for strategic storytelling, high-level decision making, and experimentation
- Extensive experience working with and managing agencies and contractors, including managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Proactive, team-player with a positive approach to taking on new projects and opportunities
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization
