CLA is looking to hire a Senior Change Manager to join our growing Transformation team.

About the role:

This role assists in development and implementation of employee-focused change management strategies intended to improve organizational effectiveness and drive business results through thoughtful use of employee resources.

As a Senior Change Manager, you will:

• Change Management Development: Assists in development of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. Creates timelines and project plans detailing the new implementation process, specifically focusing on how employees' work will change. Identifies and analyzes risk mitigation tactics and manages persistent resistance. Applies and leverages a structured methodology for change management activities. Assists in integration of change management activities into the project plan.

• Change Impact Assessment: Assists in driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. Conducts impact analyses to identify change readiness. Measures and monitors change progress, and tracks and resolves issues.

• Communication: Contributes to actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Change Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan. Contributes to the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications. Coordinates efforts with other program managers and key stakeholders.

• Training: Consults and coaches project teams and firm leaders on best practices for implementing change. Provides input, documents requirements, and supports the design and delivery of training programs.

    What you will need:

    • 5+ years' experience in change management
    • Relevant certifications in change management, such Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or similar credentials
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)

    Compensation Strategy
    Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
    The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $95,900.00 to $165,000.00
