Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support clients through complex transformation initiatives. This role embeds structured change management strategies into learning and enablement solutions, ensuring initiatives drive adoption, reduce resistance, and accelerate measurable business outcomes.

The consultant operates in a client‑facing, advisory capacity and partners closely with business leaders, HR, L&D, and internal design teams to integrate change strategy with learning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with client stakeholders to assess change readiness, organizational impact, and adoption risk.
  • Develop and apply change management strategies aligned to business initiatives and transformation goals.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across core change domains, including:
    • Stakeholder identification and engagement
    • Communication planning and messaging alignment
    • Change adoption and reinforcement strategies
    • Resistance identification and management
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to align learning solutions with broader change journeys.
  • Support the development of change enablement assets, including:
    • Change communication plans
    • Manager toolkits and leader enablement resources
    • Adoption and sustainment strategies
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and leadership meetings as needed.
  • Define and track success metrics related to change adoption, behavior change, and engagement.
  • Incorporate feedback and performance data to continuously improve change and learning solutions.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles.
  • Hands‑on experience leading or supporting enterprise or large‑scale change initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally with business, HR, and L&D leaders.
  • Comfortable operating in client‑facing, project‑based environments.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Prosci or similar change management certification.
  • Experience supporting large‑scale technology, process, or organizational transformations.
  • Consulting, advisory, or professional services experience.
