We are seeking a highly skilled Certinia Architect to join our team and lead the enhancement, expansion, and optimization of Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting Certinia applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Certinia solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Certinia configurations.
- Ensure seamless integration of Certinia with Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices in Certinia architecture, customization, and development.
- Perform system assessments and optimizations to enhance performance and usability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and architectural artifacts.
- Work closely with development teams, Salesforce admins, and business analysts to implement enhancements.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower internal teams on Certinia best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) architecture and configuration.
- Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Certinia modules such as PSA (Professional Services Automation), Services Estimator, and Revenue Management.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security, workflows, and automation..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce and Certinia certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Certinia Certified Professional) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and accounting processes.
