The CEO of Genius Agency AI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in a fast-paced environment. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's day-to-day operations, ranging from administrative tasks to strategic project management.
Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and organize briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project management, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes to enhance productivity.
RequirementsQualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information are essential.
- A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
