Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Recruitment Coordinator to oversee key aspects of our Caregiver onboarding and hiring operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, strong technical proficiency in HRIS/CRM systems, and advanced Excel skills.

Essential Job Functions: 

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Oversee all Caregiver background check and onboarding processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring I9 and 1099 compliance for all caregivers
  • Monitor training completion for Caregivers and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Identify and address gaps in the onboarding process to improve efficiency and experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Recruiting, HR/Payroll, and Caregiver Experience teams to resolve onboarding and hiring issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure alignment across departments.

Systems & Reporting

  • Utilize multiple HRIS and CRM platforms to manage candidate data and workflows.
  • Generate reports and analyze onboarding metrics using Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, recruiting, or in with onboarding W2s and 1099s in a multi-state, high volume recruiting operation.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
