Who We Are

Imprint is reimagining co-branded credit cards & financial products to be smarter, more rewarding, and truly brand-first. We partner with companies like Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Brooks Brothers to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. Our platform combines advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and seamless UX to help brands offer powerful financial products—without becoming a bank.

Co-branded cards account for over $300 billion in U.S. annual spend—but most are still powered by legacy banks. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, tech-forward, and built for today’s consumer. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, we’re building a world-class team to redefine how people pay—and how brands grow. If you want to work fast, solve hard problems, and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.

The Team

Go-To-Market team is responsible for delivering best-in-class card programs from concept to launch and beyond. We sit at the intersection of business development, operations, marketing and product/engineering, ensuring that programs are not only launched successfully but continuously improved. Our mission is to provide flawless execution for brand partners and their customers, while building scalable systems that support Imprint’s long-term growth.

The Role

We are seeking a Card Operations Manager to oversee the execution and ongoing optimization of card programs. This role blends operational rigor in card manufacturing with strategic coordination across networks, processors, and internal teams. You’ll ensure programs are launched smoothly, customers can transact without friction, and improvements are continuously delivered. Internally, you will partner closely with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams to make sure each program not only meets brand expectations but exceeds them, strengthening loyalty and driving growth. Externally, you will be the face of Imprint to our card manufacturers and our networks (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) sitting at the intersection of our cards and our networks.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full lifecycle of card manufacturing and fulfillment, from design to delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between issuing banks, networks, processors, and internal teams to coordinate setup, launch, and ongoing program operations.

  • Partner with the Go-To-Market team to align on launch readiness and ensure seamless onboarding for new programs.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement improvements that reduce friction and enhance cardholder experiences.

  • Oversee quality control and operational processes to safeguard brand standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Stand up playbooks and SOPs that support both program launches and long-term scalability.

What We Look For
  • 5+ years of experience in card manufacturing, card program management, or payments operations.

  • Strong understanding of issuing networks and processors, and how they interact within the Fintech space.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams on complex launches.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to translate technical requirements into actionable workstreams.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

  • Experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry strongly preferred.

A bias for action and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.

Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation and equity packages

  • Leading configured work computers of your choice

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Fully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage

  • Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA

  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents

  • Access to industry-leading technology across all of our business units, stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity
