Responsible to lead the Strategy and Analytics of the team as a core subject matter expert in the areas of lifecycle refurbishment planning, data management systems, and facilities data analytics and reporting. The Technology and Data Management Analyst will be responsible for building the analytics behind our capital planning program and will have program ownership of asset lifecycle planning ensuring satisfactory program performance.Job Description
Responsible for the following:
- Lead data management conducting data audits and managing system updates
- Owns data governance proactively monitoring capital planning data by performing regular audits to identify errors in reporting outputs and issues report with audit findings to planners and data managers for corrective action
- Builds data infrastructure of an internal capital planning tool
- Generates reports and analysis on building asset data, replacement estimates, space usage and operational reporting
- Creates and maintains reporting dashboards and project support tools in BI tool
- Provides operational reporting related to SLA compliance tracking, KPI compliance tracking and identifies the root cause of SLA non-compliance
- Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by client or strategy and analytics leadership team
- Monitor and generate reports on project volume, timely delivery, effective management of project budgets and client satisfaction with project execution and report deviation to SLAs
- Participates in creation and maintenance of playbooks, workflows, instructional documents, program templates and tools
- Make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings, and innovative service advancements for data management and reporting functions
- Works with business partners within one business function to align technical solutions with business strategies and/or may support several moderately complex business processes
- Utilizes modeling techniques (for example, business process, data, event), to discover and clarify the functional and data requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience related to facilities management or real estate fields is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required, or equivalent years of experience in related function
Required Experience:
- Analytics and/ or reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills required, e.g. experience creating tools in Excel or other system
- Proficiency with Google’s technology Suite Docs/Sheets/Slides and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency using any of the following BI tools: Power BI, Google Data Studio/analytics, Tableau
- Typically possess prior relevant professional work experience in business requirements and analysis, technical architecture development and delivery, and problem identification and resolution, with exposure to data, technical and solution architecture
Preferred Experience:
- Client-specific Capital Planning System: VFA (or similar platform)

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
