Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • Demonstrated experience working with or integrating into structured product distribution platforms: SIMON, Luma, Evooq, OTCX, Halo, and/or CAIS.
  • Proven experience managing Bloomberg structured note contribution workflows, including secondary market price publication, BSYM/BBGID identifiers, and Bloomberg terminal integration.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with FIX or other financial messaging protocols.
  • Strong database proficiency across both relational and document-oriented paradigms.
  • Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, order management, and structured product workflows.
  • Proven track record of leading technical delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with sales, trading, and senior stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, balancing competing priorities across business and technology teams.
  • Mentorship-oriented, invested in developing junior engineers and analysts.
  • Pragmatic and delivery-focused, comfortable owning outcomes under production pressure.
  • Collaborative cross-functional partner, working closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams.
  • Structured, analytical thinker able to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical designs.

Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with additional structured product platforms beyond those listed.
  • Exposure to structured products linked to other asset classes (rates, credit, FX).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in a regulated environment.
