Job Description
As a Capital Markets & Reporting Analyst, you will be at the heart of Achieve's lending products - supporting deal execution and ensuring accurate reporting to the capital markets. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with securitizations, warehouse facilities, and investor reporting, while directly shaping how Achieve engages with investors and partners. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
What You'll Do:
Investor Reporting & Marketing
  • Own the monthly ABS / RMBS / warehouse reporting process by ensuring accuracy, data quality, and timely distribution to the market.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, operations, and accounting teams to optimize automation and confirm data integrity of investor reporting.
  • Manage investor data rooms, providing stakeholders with seamless and reliable access to information.
  • Manage and update quarterly marketing materials, investor decks, and conference presentations that highlight Achieve's lending products and story.
  • Support investor relationships by responding to inquiries.

Deal Execution
  • Support the execution of Capital Markets transactions across ABS and RMBS, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth closings.
  • Prepare and validate loan tapes, performance data, and agreed-upon procedures (AUP) for securitizations.
  • Connect with internal and external parties involved in the deal execution including, trustees, accounting firms, rating agencies, underwriters, legal counsels.
  • Facilitate Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and transaction due diligence.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Servicing, Legal, Credit, Underwriting teams on rating agency due diligence requests across all three lending products.
  • Assist in the preparation of presale reports and rating agency presentations.

Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor collateral performance using surveillance tools and internal dashboards.
  • Analyze credit performance of Achieve's historical deals against industry peers, providing insights to leadership and investors.
  • Assist with investor or rating agency performance inquiries

Qualifications
What you'll bring:
  • 1-2 years of Capital Markets, finance, securitization or other relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment to meet deal deadlines
  • Detail focused, highly organized and excellent interpersonal skills
  • General understanding of finance and cashflow modeling
  • Experience with DV01, Intex, and/or Bloomberg a plus

Work from home/hybrid:
We are proudly offering hybrid options in the San Mateo, CA, and Phoenix, AZ metro market. In other locations throughout the country, we offer work from home, like: TX, UT, NV, WA, FL, IL.
Salary Range: $85,000 to $112,000 annually + bonus + benefits.
