The Listed Options Operations team is part of the Prime Services Operations and is responsible for the front to back processing and reconciliation of options activity traded on US option exchanges and clearing via the Options Clearing Corporation.
In this role, you will:

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$28.85 - $43.75

The Listed Options Operations team is part of the Prime Services Operations and is responsible for the front to back processing and reconciliation of options activity traded on US option exchanges and clearing via the Options Clearing Corporation.
In this role, you will:
- Support the execution, clearing, reconciliation and settlement of the listed options product
- Support both the Prime Brokerage and Trading business units
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, which will require a strong understanding of the underlying products
- Ability to liaise with all areas of the business, including senior management, sales, trading, middle office, operations, and clients to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Conduct street-side reconciliation of books and records vs the Options Clearing Corporation including trades, positions, and cash
- Perform Exercise and Assignment processes including daily and option Expiry processing, as well as Regulatory & Management reporting
- Work with Collateral Management, Trade Management and Processing
- Perform Intersystem reconciliations and processing of commission payable/receivables (Brokerage)
- 2+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Working knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Listed Options Clearance, OCC policies/procedures and collateral requirements
- Ability to work with both external and internal clients
- Detailed working knowledge of the OCC
- Working knowledge of Broadridge
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as operate independently
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail
- Very organized, able to deal with high volumes, and prioritize workload
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
