As a Campus Recruiter and Talent Advisor, you will lead early career and internship hiring for Citizens’ Commercial and Investment Banking programs. This role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and operational execution to attract and engage top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Design and implement recruiting strategies; Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes using performance metrics, candidate feedback, and market insights; Lead sourcing efforts through student organizations, professional associations, social media, and networking events.
University & Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student groups, faculty, and professional organizations; Plan and execute sourcing events to increase brand awareness and engage prospective candidates.
Candidate Experience & Evaluation: Manage full cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer. Enhance candidate engagement and experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams; Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends.
Program Operations & Tools: Utilize recruiting platforms such as Handshake, HireVue, and Oracle HCM Cloud; Ensure compliance and data integrity across all systems and processes.
Data & Insights: Track, analyze, and present recruiting metrics to inform decision-making; Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in campus or early career recruiting preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting cycles and events simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience with ATS systems (Oracle preferred)
- Ability to travel during peak recruiting seasons August-October and February-March

- Talent advising, sourcing, relationship-building, strategic thinking, program management, event planning, candidate screening, analytical mindset, data analysis, organization; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Tools: HireVue (preferred), Handshake (preferred), Oracle (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40+
Work Schedule: 8AM-5PM EST 3 days in the Westwood MA or Johnston RI office 2 days remote

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $84,000- $100,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
