We are seeking a talented, self-driven, collaborative, and highly motivated candidate with a proven background in integrated campaign strategy and demand generation. Ideally, you are a data-driven marketer who brings fresh ideas, strategic focus, and a commitment to excellence every day. Campaigns are the fuel for the demand engine at CBTS/OnX. This role will shape how we go to market across every growth motion—unifying brand, partner, regional, and event activity into cohesive, high-impact campaigns that accelerate ICP accounts through the intent funnel and drive measurable pipeline outcomes. 

 

Role Summary 

 

The Campaigns Lead will own CBTS/OnX’s integrated campaign strategy—architecting, planning, and executing full-funnel campaigns organized around brand, industry, and solution pillars. This role serves as the strategic connective tissue across the growth marketing team, ensuring that every go-to-market motion—events, partner marketing, regional field activity—is fueled by a well-constructed campaign. This person will act as a strategic PMO across the marketing organization, collaborating deeply with content, events, partner marketing, communications, and sales to deliver campaigns that capture intent, convert demand, and accelerate revenue. 

 

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both strategy and execution across our most critical campaigns, including paid media, website experience, content programming, and intent-based account acceleration powered by 6sense. 

 

Role Responsibilities 

 

  • Set the annual campaigns strategy in partnership with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and CMO 
  • Architect campaigns organized by brand, industry, and solution that serve as the unifying framework for all go-to-market activity across the growth marketing team 
  • Build and maintain the campaign roadmap aligned to ICP account priorities and business growth goals 
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns end-to-end, including paid media and all advertising driver 
  • Act as strategic PMO across marketing, ensuring all campaign workstreams—events, partner, regional, content, comms—are coordinated and on-strategy 
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop all campaign materials, spanning low-intent to high-intent assets, website landing page strategy and experience, and full-funnel content programming 
  • Partner with the events pod on the production and campaign integration of all major events 
  • Partner with partner marketing on solution-led marketing components embedded within each campaign 
  • Collaborate with communications on organic social, press releases 
  • Collaborate with GTM enablement, ensuring client stories play a central role in campaign content and GTM narratives 
  • Collaborate with regional marketing on local activation of key campaign moments, as well as support for bespoke regional programming that aligns with the broader campaign focus 
  • Manage campaign budgets, including all paid promotion investment, to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI 
  • Serve as the primary marketing interface for subject matter experts across the organization—from C-suite leaders including the CTO, Chief Delivery Officers, and CISO, to solution engineers, technical architects, and product managers—extracting the insights and perspectives needed to build credible, differentiated campaigns 
  • Establish and maintain clear approval paths for each campaign type, ensuring organizational alignment on positioning before campaigns go to market 
  • Uphold CBTS/OnX’s marketing principles to the highest standard across all campaign output, bringing consistency, quality, and strategic integrity to every touchpoint given this role’s high visibility across the business 
  • Co-create with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations the architectural rigor required to capture first-party intent signals from target accounts and individuals 
  • Define and track campaign performance metrics, including pipeline impact, account engagement, intent progression, and ROI 
  • Build scalable processes for campaign reporting and continuous optimization 
  • Use data and insights to refine campaign strategy and improve funnel conversion over time 
  • Lead and develop external partners 
  • Champion inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture 

 

What You’ll Bring 

 

  • Proven experience leading integrated B2B campaign strategy and demand generation programs 
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with the operational rigor of a seasoned PMO 
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional campaigns at scale across multiple go-to-market motions 
  • Demonstrated ability to connect campaign activity to influenced pipeline, revenue, and account acceleration outcomes 
  • Deep expertise with 6sense and intent-based marketing architectures—this is a must-have requirement for this role 
  • Strong command of paid media strategy and management across all digital advertising channels 
  • Experience owning website content strategy and campaign landing page development 
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Exceptional ability to interview, synthesize, and translate technical and executive perspectives into compelling campaign narratives—bridging the gap between deep subject matter expertise and audience-ready messaging without losing accuracy or impact 
  • Demonstrated skill in navigating tension between technical precision and marketable storytelling, knowing when to push back on jargon, when to simplify, and when to protect nuance in service of the audience 
  • Proven track record of navigating complex organizational stakeholder environments with professionalism and influence 
  • High personal standard for quality, consistency, and brand integrity—this role is highly visible across the organization and serves as a standard-bearer for marketing excellence 
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment 
  • Willingness to travel to support key events and on-the-ground execution
