At Tenstorrent, campaigns are where our growth experiments create value. An open future for AI requires a new approach to content, campaigns, and awareness. Campaigns help us reach existing audiences, and unearth new ones. This role is key in turning signal into strategy. 

As our Campaign Producer reporting to the Growth Experiments Lead, you’ll perform rapid tests to validate ideas and double down on what works. You won’t just create one-offs, but systems that underpin our ability to predictably and reliably deliver email marketing, social, and event collateral, or content to support SEO, LLM optimization, and online presence.

This role is remote, with a preference for Santa Clara, CA; Boston, MA; or Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Experiment Content: Create content and assets for rapid growth tests, iterating quickly to scale successful plays into regular output.
  • Campaign Management: Own strategy and execution across channels (email, social, blog, SEO, video), managing paid spend and ensuring consistent brand voice.
  • Marketing Analytics: Connect marketing systems, unify user tracking, and analyze campaign effectiveness, delivering clear, actionable data insights.
  • Optimization & Testing: Manage ad campaign attribution and run parallel A/B tests to continuously optimize performance and inform future strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to gather input, align on strategy, and ensure content resonates with target segments.
  • Market Awareness: Follow industry and growth trends, identifying novel ways to reach audiences authentically and differentiate Tenstorrent.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in content creation, campaign management, or creative marketing.
  • Hands-on experience producing diverse content formats (e.g., written, video, social).
  • Experience managing paid campaigns, budget, and attribution.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Proficient with SAAS automation, CRM, and content management tools
  • Technically inclined; comfortable with developer audiences and complex products.
  • Self-directed, curious, and comfortable in ambiguity.
  • Passion for AI and compute.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
