We are seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! You'll be a key player in strategizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns and follow-up activities in partnership with internal stakeholders, including content creation and marketing activities such as events, conferences, webinars, and whitepapers. This role thrives in a fast-moving environment with many stakeholders, working closely with the Bounteous business development team and practice leaders to grow relationships in key verticals and drive marketing-qualified leads.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of programs such as email campaigns, events, social media, and content marketing for key enterprise service offerings 

  • Generate leads and opportunities through high-quality marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and in-market events 

  • Perform post-event outreach, follow-ups, and recaps 

  • Develop content and perform outreach to drive event attendance, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners 

  • Highlight joint offerings and success stories by coordinating press releases, case studies, sales materials, award applications, and other marketing collateral 

  • Maintain content calendars and collaborate with product SMEs on blogs and white papers 

  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize programs with the latest AI tools, and update workflows to improve performance and ROI 

  • Establish a regular reporting cadence with stakeholders to communicate campaign results, measure performance against goals, and align on next steps 

  • Identify industry trends and review analyst reports to share insights with the broader team 

  • Cultivate ongoing knowledge of digital transformation and technology trends 

  • Coordinate with external partner stakeholders and representatives as needed to support joint marketing activities 

  • Become well-versed in Bounteous solution offerings, services, and capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in digital transformation consulting or a digital agency, ideally in a fast-paced environment managing many stakeholders at once 

  • Experience driving leads and planning marketing activities 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

  • Great project management skills 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and with partner/sales contacts 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 

  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Experience withAnthropic'sClaude and OpenAI's ChatGPT, among other AI tools 

  • Knowledge of email marketing and web analytics is preferred 

  • Marketing, business, or communications degree preferred
