About the RoleThe Campaign Management team is responsible for the successful execution and growth of high-quality, performance-driven campaigns. As a Campaign Manager, you will work closely with a set of Creators, primarily on YouTube but across other platforms as well, to deliver campaigns for our Brand partners that meet business goals and drive repeat and expanded revenue.
This role goes beyond creative production. Campaign Managers are accountable for ensuring campaigns go live on time, meet performance standards, and create long-term value for both Creators and Brands. You will partner closely with the Brand, Talent, and Traffic teams to protect booked revenue, reduce slippage, and identify opportunities to expand Creator partnerships across additional Brands.
Compensation for this role is $60k - $75k annually, based on experience and location.
We are a fully remote-friendly team with an office in Oakland, CA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
In this job you will…- Produce creative, effective campaigns that meet the needs of Creators, Brands, and Audiences alike, while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Take ownership of campaign timelines and execution, proactively managing risks, preventing delays, and communicating clearly and confidently with Creators and internal teams
- Develop, manage, and maintain messaging briefs and creative assets tailored to succeed on YouTube and other platforms, continuously refining templates and processes to improve performance
- Work closely with Brand, Talent, and Traffic teams to execute performance-oriented campaigns, maximize ROI for Brand partners, and protect forecasted revenue
- Build strong, long-term relationships with a core group of Creators, serving as both a production partner and strategic growth collaborator
- Support revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand Creator partnerships, including helping position Creators for renewals and surfacing opportunities to introduce them to new Brand partners in collaboration with the Talent team
- Provide clear, constructive script and ad-read feedback to ensure campaigns align with briefs and performance goals, and collaborate with Brand partners to review and approve integrations
- Monitor campaign outcomes and performance trends, using insights to strengthen future campaigns and improve long-term results
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience in the Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, or Content Creation, or in adjacent fields such as brand partnerships, digital media, social media marketing, talent management, YouTube or creator partnerships, client/customer success, or project management.
- Have a strong background in copywriting and creative development, with experience producing briefs that lead to effective campaigns
- Are highly organized and detail oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously while planning several months ahead
- Are comfortable thinking beyond the current campaign, identifying opportunities to expand existing Creators into new Brand partnerships and increase their long-term revenue potential
- Have strong commercial instincts and enjoy recognizing growth opportunities, understanding how strong execution, positioning, and timing can lead to additional revenue
- Can confidently communicate the value of new Brand opportunities to Creators and help them understand how expansion strengthens their business
- Proactively surface expansion opportunities to the Talent team and collaborate cross-functionally to help turn ideas into booked revenue
- Are comfortable setting clear expectations and holding timelines with Creators in a firm but professional manner
- Understand that execution discipline, forward planning, and attention to detail directly protect revenue and increase renewal likelihood
- Can juggle multiple priorities across different campaigns and timelines while staying calm, responsive, and accountable
- Have a growth mindset and are motivated to help Creators build sustainable, expanding businesses through Seismic
