About the role
The Ad Operations team at Super.com is dedicated to optimizing advertising strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement. We collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns that align with our business objectives. We predominantly work with incentive based ads and our exploring new and additional advertising opportunities.
As the Campaign Analytics Senior Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind data-driven decision-making for our advertising campaigns. This role isn’t just about execution—it’s about leveraging deep analytics, SQL, and BI tools to diagnose performance, uncover trends, and drive strategic optimizations. You’ll bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, ensuring every campaign decision is rooted in numbers.
What you’ll be working on:
- Data-Driven Campaign Management:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPI, CPA, CPE) at granular levels to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards (Looker, Amplitude) to monitor KPIs and proactively flag issues.
- Use SQL to query raw data, validate tracking, and investigate discrepancies.
- Performance Optimization:
- Develop and implement data-backed optimization strategies (e.g., audience targeting, bid adjustments, creative testing).
- Partner with the data team to refine attribution models and improve reporting accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with data, product, growth and business development teams to drive business impacts.
- Tool & Process Innovation:
- Advocate for data-enablement improvements (e.g., new dashboard fields, tracking enhancements).
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years in ad operations with a strong analytical focus (e.g., performance marketing analytics, data-driven campaign management).
- Advanced SQL proficiency – you’re comfortable writing complex queries, joining tables, and analyzing raw event data.
- Expertise in BI tools (Looker, Amplitude, Tableau) – you build dashboards, not just read them.
- Proven track record optimizing performance campaigns – you can articulate how you’ve used data to improve CPI/CPA.
- Familiarity with MMPs (Singular, Adjust, AppsFlyer) and attribution methodologies.
We’ve got you covered

- Other perks include: unlimited PTO, recharge days, travel discounts on Travel, Weekly UberEats credit, annual company offsites
- We welcome new family additions with generous parental leave and a flexible return-to-work plan
- Competitive salary packages, equity options, great benefits from day one, wellness budgets, as well as personal and team-level development budgets
