This role is hybrid but will require the ability to perform in-person work in our Milwaukee office. This role is a part-time opportunity, that carries the expectation to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial analysis on companies to assist in the preparation of valuation
  • Analyze client financial data to identify trends and operational characteristics
  • Conducting economic and industry-specific research
  • Gather additional market data relevant to the valuation process
  • Assist with preparing valuation reports
  • Prepare presentations for prospects and existing clients
  • Provide a variety of ad hoc project assistance

  • Develop administrative, professional, and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze, and communicate with others in a productive and efficient manner
  • This is a paid internship and can be used for school credit if applicable

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Above average competency in accounting as demonstrated by college GPA; Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize own work effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
  • Ability to balance projects simultaneously
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
