We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives. This role combines high-level program oversight with hands-on project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution expert, capable of directing the work of contract project managers while actively managing project plans, risks, and resources.

Expected duration of this fixed term role is twelve month with an anticipated end date of June 2026.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise programs involving multiple business units and stakeholders. 

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, tracking milestones and deliverables using Adobe Workfront. 

  • Oversee and coordinate the work of contract project managers to ensure alignment with overall program goals. 

  • Dive into project-level detail when needed to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove blockers. 

  • Collaborate with executive sponsors, department leads, and technical teams to ensure program success. 

  • Manage program-level reporting and communications to stakeholders and leadership. 

  • Establish and uphold governance structures and best practices for program and project execution. 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management with a track record of leading large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience managing teams or contractors, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project portfolio management tools. 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
