Job Summary:

Euclid Technology is in search of a bright and highly motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The BSA is the “beating heart” of the project, working directly with the client to solve business problems using the ClearVantage platform. They work on every facet of the implementation, including documenting process models, preparing functional and technical specifications, configuring software, writing reports, testing, preparing training documentation, delivering the system and providing post-implementation support. Throughout the life cycle, the BSA forms close relationships with client staff and directly drives business value.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver successful implementation projects and satisfied clients
• Become an expert/power user of ClearVantage and build domain knowledge in key areas such as membership, events, accounting, and integrations
• Work closely with and coordinate between clients, project team members, and in-house teams
• Analyze and design solutions for client business objectives, processes, and functional requirements
• Prepare specifications for data migration, database programming, and web form programming
• Configure and test ClearVantage for client business rules
• Build reports and dashboards using ClearVantage report writing tools and T-SQL
• Ensure trainers are prepared for training; deliver training on specific business processes
• Conduct smooth system launches and provide post-launch support

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding analysis skills, including ability to critically evaluate requirements and solutions
• T-SQL DML proficiency (preferred) or foundational understanding and willingness to learn
• Proficient with MS Excel and related Office applications
• Must be willing to travel; travel depends on client location (travel expected to be 10%)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business consulting and/or systems implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience using and/or implementing enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, AMS, ERP)
• Experience in the membership/nonprofit/association industry using an AMS (give examples)
• Experience using database applications such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access or Oracle
