Finance SAP SME for the business to support the following

·       Upcoming SAP PII implementation into NSP and future HC S4 implementation along with future acquisitions/ plant growth.
Support of CPT as a Work Manager for JRI and backup for America’s for JGP.  Work with core team to support effort to move to one version of CPT. 

·       Implementation of new Corporate Requirements into SAP.

·       SAP day to day support for finance / operations and other teams enhancing use of the system and improving plant efficiencies

·       SAP day to day maintenance for upgrades, system changes, user access and controls

 

Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) develops an overall understanding of our SAP systems and a detailed process knowledge within his/her area of expertise (Finance).  The position translates current process and system knowledge into updated SAP process and system knowledge, ensures successful SAP implementations in Nypro Healthcare and ongoing continuous process improvement in our sites.  The BSA supports the effort to define business requirements, implements improved business processes, ensures successful deployment of new ERP systems and enhancements, manages system and process testing, manages training of system users for their designated area, and assists with functional stabilization efforts. The ability to quickly understand the direction of process improvement with interdependency across different business areas and system thinking is a critical skill for success in this role. The primary focus is to support the Finance team through management of SAP implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, future functionality projects and value realization projects. This role requires significant collaboration and teamwork with project sponsors, end users, other SAP teams, program managers, and corporate IT resources.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•    Lead implementation of system and process deployment for primary functional areas of Controlling (CO) and Financial Accounting (FI)

•    Key focus on Controlling and cost accounting

•    Identify key system enhancement projects that business users need to be successful in their day to day jobs

•    Support Corporate wide projects associated with SAP that need to be implemented in Nypro Healthcare

•    Support system implementations that integrate with SAP (for example MES / MPM)

•    Business partner with project sponsors, end users, other SAP teams, program managers, and corporate IT resources

•    Bridge the communication between the IT team and the business team from an end user perspective

•    Develop project plans and implementation schedules and communicate them to the various parties

•    Provide regular status updates of assigned projects including formal presentations to finance, project, IT and senior management

•    Complete business readiness activities in preparation for formal project execution

•    Document business specific knowledge and gather business requirements

•    Develop functional specifications of internal/external customer requirements

•    Validate that system configuration and processes meet business needs

•    Identify and build non-system enabled business processes as needed

•    Create training materials and other documentation needed by the business

•    Ensure functionality is appropriately tested and trained

•    Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues and coordinate with other BSA's and corporate IT for their resolution

•    Ensure the business is successfully stabilized with the new systems

•    May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Management & Supervisory Responsibilities

•    Typically reports to Management.  Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include:  Finance or IT Manager or Director
•    Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).  
 

Knowledge Requirements

•    Thorough knowledge and in-depth field experience regarding emerging or job technologies required to fulfill the job.
•    Strong communications and customer service skills.

•    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
•    Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
•    Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and e-mail skills required.
 

Education & Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor's Degree required.  
•    Degree in Finance preferred.
•    Minimum 8 years work experience in a related position. 

•    Must have SAP experience in FICO (CO expertise required).

•    Manufacturing experience preferred.

•    Cost accounting experience preferred.

•    Availability to travel 50% of the time.
•    Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

The pay range for this role is $98,100 - $176,600. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
