About the Role
Attentive is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Business Systems team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our Finance technology ecosystem by enhancing and expanding our NetSuite ERP platform. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, building scalable and sustainable solutions, optimizing systems, and driving process improvements. As a subject matter expert in NetSuite and its financial modules, you’ll play a key role in supporting critical cross-functional initiatives and projects. You’ll partner closely with Finance, IT, and other teams to streamline processes, enhance system capabilities, and deliver data-driven insights that enable smarter business decisions.
What You'll Accomplish
- Support end-to-end solutioning: design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and improvements to meet Finance needs
- Process analysis and optimization: Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead projects to implement improvements within NetSuite financial modulesRun cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and define business requirements to identify functional scope for enterprise-size projects
- Prepare current-state documentation inclusive of all data flows, process flows, integration and workflows
- Respond to issues and incidents in Jira, working with other cross-functional teams to balance priorities, risk, and schedules as required.
- Triage bugs and incidents to address tasks such as item configuration, workflows, custom fields, custom records, dashboards, advanced templates, multibook entities, searches, reporting changes, and other administration duties
Your Expertise
- 3+ years of experience and working knowledge of core Netsuite ERP functionality, subscription billing (have direct experience with Zone Billing, Suitebilling) and/or the Advanced Revenue Management module (ARM)
- Experience with providing ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Expertise with requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration. Hands-on experience managing the entire SLDC specifically within the Agile Framework and familiarity with RACI a plus.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical problem-solving skills; ability to handle competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to perform advanced data analysis and reconciliation in Excel/Gsheet

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $115,000 annually + equity + benefits
