About Us:

Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.

In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to build. Someone who gets energized by partnering with Sales and Customer Success, spotting what is missing, and designing the systems that unlock scale. As one of the foundational members of the Business Technology team, you will shape how our GTM teams operate, how data flows, and how we serve customers at every stage. Your Gainsight expertise will be the engine behind a smarter, more connected Customer Success experience.

This is a role for the person who loves solving puzzles, influencing strategy, and rolling up their sleeves to build things the right way.

What You Will Achieve
  • Turn messy processes into clean, scalable systems that help Sales and CS move faster

  • Lead projects end to end, from discovery to launch, with full ownership of the solution

  • Build and integrate our CS and Sales systems, including Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, and our broader GTM toolkit

  • Be a trusted partner to the business, helping teams think bigger about what technology can enable

  • Create documentation that makes our systems clear, simple, and easy to build on

Skills You Need to Bring
  • 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst

  • Hands-on experience as a Gainsight administrator

  • Familiarity with a modern GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gainsight, Clay, or similar)

  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in working with Customer Success partners

  • A love for solving complex problems and diving into data, configuration, and technical troubleshooting

  • A strong bias for action and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum

  • Curiosity and hunger to stay ahead of emerging trends in the Customer Success and Sales technology world

We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
