Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in business strategy, consulting, leadership, marketing, or related fields
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Self-directed with the ability to manage priorities and follow structured processes
- Experience engaging in professional or consultative conversations
- Open to ongoing personal and professional development
- Interested in applying experience in a more flexible, remote setting
- Willingness to engage in a performance-based structure
