How You'll Make an Impact
- Engage commercial customers by phone, addressing disconnect and downgrade requests to retain their business
- Build lasting relationships through attentive listening and proactive support
- Present customer-focused recommendations that align Spectrum products and services with business needs
- Resolve business customer complaints by understanding telecom needs and acting as a consultant
- Communicate with business owners, offering empathy and assurance
- Re-sell and upgrade Spectrum products and services to meet customer goals
- Take ownership of customer concerns, serving as the primary contact and coordinating with internal teams
- Research and resolve billing inquiries
- Educate clients on the competitive advantages of Spectrum's business offerings
- Document retention efforts and outcomes in Spectrum systems
- Maintain punctual attendance and flexibility for overtime or weekend hours as needed

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 1+ years of sales experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
- Familiarity with Spectrum Business Internet, video, music, data and telephone products
- Demonstrated sales success
- Understanding business telecom complexities
- Proficiency with computer and software applications such as CSG and Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years' call center experience
- 2+ years of customer service or phone/sales experience
- B2B sales experience
- Telecommunications or premise-based voice and data product sales
- CSG billing software experience
Skills
- Sales knowledge of complex services such as Hosted Voice and Cloud Services
