What our Sales Activation Specialist I Enjoy Most About the Role
- Enhancing the customer experience by handling calls and processing order entries for various services.
- Communicating with customers and partners via phone, chat and email to maximize sales opportunities.
- Acting as a liaison for multiple groups, ensuring order accuracy and handling non-standard scenarios.
- Managing order queues, scheduling orders and completing pre-sales activities and follow-ups.
- Sharing best practices, identifying upselling opportunities and meeting customer needs efficiently.

Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 2+ years in sales or customer service
Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Effective at resolving customer complaints and issues
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting
- Comfortable with prolonged seated work and taking back-to-back calls
- Knowledge of residential product information, packaging, pricing, and offers
- Proficiency with personal computers and software applications
- Knowledge of Cable, HIS, and Telephone services
- Understanding of general accounting and billing procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems under pressure
- Knowledge of the cable industry and its products and services
