Key Responsibilities:

Flywheel Consulting Operations

  • Design and support repeatable methodologies for customer engagement setup, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.

  • Partner with Marketing and Product to analyze customer acquisition efficiency and retention drivers.

Revenue Operations

  • Build dashboards and analytics that track revenue, margin, utilization, backlog, and CSAT.

  • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, pricing models, and deal structuring.

  • Support annual planning and P&L forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting operations, business operations, or delivery excellence (preferably in robotics, automation, digital transformation, or technology consulting).

  • Familiarity with fixed-price, time-and-materials, and retainer-based consulting models.

  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Sheets and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Proven experience managing utilization, capacity, and project performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated success improving GTM efficiency, forecasting accuracy, or financial performance.

  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

  • Must have and maintain U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in robotics, automation, or Industry 4.0 environments.

  • Familiarity with subscription-based or “as-a-service” revenue models.

  • Experience managing GTM and Alliances opportunities in HubSpot.

  • MBA or equivalent experience in a high-growth tech environment.

  • Experience scaling a consulting or professional services practice within a high-growth company.

  • PMP or equivalent project-management certification.
