About the job
  
Goods & Services is looking for a Business Requirements Lead / Product Owner – Data to map the data integration ecosystem across financial services operations. This role focuses on translating complex consumer lending, servicing, and risk management operations into structured data requirements for the technical team.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner directly with operational business leads to audit data integration flows, identify functional gaps, and define data requirements for core operations.
  • Apply deep domain knowledge in financial services—specifically consumer lending and loan servicing lifecycles—to translate operational and risk concepts into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate alignment across business units, PMO, and technical teams to maintain clarity on product scope and feature prioritization.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and data validation rules to guide data engineering teams through development cycles.

What you’ll need: 

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner or Lead Business Systems Analyst in financial data environments.
  • Core domain experience in Consumer Lending, Loan Servicing, or Credit Risk platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data flows, system integrations, and business process mapping.
