The Role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across the organization.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role responsible for partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, source top talent, manage the interview process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a key role in helping Higgsfield scale by identifying high-caliber candidates and ensuring an efficient, thoughtful hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

What You'll Do

Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical, business, and corporate roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.

  • Coordinate interview processes, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions.

  • Manage offer creation, negotiations, and candidate closing.

Source and Engage Talent

  • Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening interviews.

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Partner with Hiring Teams

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Provide market insights, candidate feedback, and recruiting recommendations.

  • Help maintain a high hiring bar while balancing speed and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Improve Recruiting Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system.

  • Help improve recruiting processes, interview consistency, and operational efficiency.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events as needed.

  • Stay informed on hiring market trends and recruiting best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company or recruiting agency.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, including technical and non-technical roles.

  • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 – $125,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
