In this role, you will report to the Head of Advisor360 Strategy and Program Management and operate within a matrixed environment, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver solutions that enhance growth and efficiency for advisors and the Home Office. The Impact:
As a Business Project Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
- Drive the timely delivery of platform enhancements and complex initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (business, technical, compliance, communications, vendors, etc.) to define and execute delivery plans.
- Maintain accountability to key stakeholders by providing clear, consistent progress updates.
- Develop a strong understanding of impacted business processes to inform project approach.
- Define and manage detailed project plans to ensure alignment and execution.
- Lead the team in resolving issues quickly to minimize schedule impact.
- Manage priorities and resolve conflicts to prevent delays.
- Implement strategies that ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Standardize and leverage tools and documentation across all projects.
- Communicate effectively with targeted audiences to drive awareness and engagement.
- Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of managing and driving the execution of medium to large-scale, complex projects.
- 5+ years of business program management experience.
- Due to the nature of the position, as part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.
The Ideal Qualifications
- Proven experience leading business and technical projects within the Insurance or Wealth Management industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, project management tools, and Visio.
- Hands-on experience managing projects involving customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, coordination, and planning abilities when working with cross-functional teams.
- Sound judgment to balance business objectives with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success partnering with internal technical teams and external vendors.
